Same-Day Shipping

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) will be shipped out the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Restricted Shipping States

Due to current state laws, we are unable to ship our products to the following states:

• Vermont
• Rhode Island
• Arkansas
• Alabama
• Indiana
• Louisiana

Weekend and Holiday Shipping

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

USPS Shipping Carriers and Tracking

• All packages are shipped via USPS carriers, and tracking information will be provided once your order is processed.
• You can track your shipment using the tracking number emailed to you after your order has been shipped.
• You will receive a series of emails to keep you updated on the status of your order.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.

Missing Package

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we understand how frustrating that can be—and we’re here to help. Please note that according to USPS policy, we must wait 15 days from the date of mailing before we can officially file a missing mail search or insurance claim. This is standard USPS procedure to allow time for delayed packages to be delivered.

Rest assured, we will assist you every step of the way. While we’re required to follow USPS protocol, we will initiate a Missing Mail Search and file a claim as soon as we’re eligible to do so.
